Incoming Material Inspection
All raw materials are verified for conformity upon receipt. Our Quality Control team follow every step of production to ensure accurate electronic parameters and appearance in good condition. The main checking methods are shown as below:

It refers to three tests as below:

- Durability Test

Environmental Testing
1）IP65 testing. It evaluates rates of waterproof under high temperature and pressure by IPX5 Jet waterproof test chamber。
2）
High and low temperature test. It tests the tolerance of products under actual temperature and humidity environment (-20.0℃ ~ 60.0℃).
3）
Anti-dust test. Monitors if the solar street lighting system could functionally well in extreme dust weather conditions such as in Saudi Arabia,Egypt,or UAE.
Manufacturing Inspection
In the manufacturing process, inspectors check the function and appearance of products in quantity before packing. solar road light The advantage of doing this is to spot any possible errors in advance, avoiding waste of time and money.
